DESCRIPTION:The September Club meeting will be at the Belmont Craft Beer Cellar Beercierge on Thursday 9/19 at 8 PM.  One of the club initiatives this year to introduce more formal education sessions. For those of you who have gone to NHC before\, the goal is to make\nthese mini-NHC sessions. \nWe’re super excited to let you all know the first will be at our next\nmeeting\, September 19th (a week from today). Nathan Williams\, back-to-back\nNHC gold medal winner in specialty cider and 2018 Cider Maker of the Year\,\nwill be giving a talk on Cider. If you’ve never made cider before\, want to\ntry something different with cider\, or are looking to pick up some tips\nfrom a master I highly encourage you make it out for this meeting! Timing\ncouldn’t be more perfect with the Worts annual ciderfest coming up next\nmonth\, where you’ll have the opportunity to pickup fresh\, locally pressed\ncider for your fermentation endeavors. \nThe first half hour of the meeting will be dedicated to the cider talk\,\nwith the normal meeting and socializing commencing at 8:30. Please refer to the bylaws for further details. \nLogistics tips from our hosts: “We are a very hidden brewery. Enter the “Healthy Pet” parking lot and our brewery is on the right past Lou’s Exhaust. Do not park in front of Lou’s Exhaust (he has signs everywhere). You can park in front of the brewery or anywhere that says Bent Water Distribution. If you drive past the brewery\, there is also space to the right past the brewery that people can park.” \nThey are about 1 mile from the nearest station on the Newburyport/Rockport commuter rail and just steps from the Lynnway served by a handful of bus lines.
