The September Club meeting will be at the Belmont Craft Beer Cellar Beercierge on Thursday 9/19 at 8 PM.  One of the club initiatives this year to introduce more formal education sessions. For those of you who have gone to NHC before, the goal is to make
these mini-NHC sessions.

We’re super excited to let you all know the first will be at our next
meeting, September 19th (a week from today). Nathan Williams, back-to-back
NHC gold medal winner in specialty cider and 2018 Cider Maker of the Year,
will be giving a talk on Cider. If you’ve never made cider before, want to
try something different with cider, or are looking to pick up some tips
from a master I highly encourage you make it out for this meeting! Timing
couldn’t be more perfect with the Worts annual ciderfest coming up next
month, where you’ll have the opportunity to pickup fresh, locally pressed
cider for your fermentation endeavors.

The first half hour of the meeting will be dedicated to the cider talk,
with the normal meeting and socializing commencing at 8:30. Very much
