Our February meeting will be focused on Brett beer, so bring all your (intentionally) infected brews! The second theme will be celebrating the success of our first IPA only public competition last Sunday. We hope to have a few of the prize-winning beers to sample. Our June meeting will have Todd P. hosting the Worts on Wednesday, June 21 from 7-9 PM. Todd’s place is located in Somerville and is accessible via public transportation with street parking available. The theme of the meeting will be Brettanomyces and mixed fermentation. As always, bring homebrew if you’ve got it!
The October meeting will be held at member BK’s place in Medford. We’ll be sampling and discussing the Club Brett Comparison Batch, so please make every effort to attend this meeting if you brewed for the project. If you are unable to attend the meeting, please arrange to have someone bring your bottles. As a reminder, all brewers should bring a growler or the bottled equivalent to share with the group, as well as twelve 12oz bottles to be cellared and brought out every six months for tasting.
