Use this form to reserve club equipment. This is only available to members in good standing.

Once form is submitted a Wort Officer will inquire about the equipment requested and will contact about it's availability. Please give at least 24 hours before re-inquiring.

Also note that since there is no central or permanent home for club equipment, you are responsible to coordinate with the current keeper or pick-up and agreement on who will take possession of the equipment in the end. Happy drinking.
