Iron Brewer is an annual Wort spin on Iron Chef. Contestants are given all the ingredients needed to brew a variety of beers as well as a secret ingredient that is revealed the morning of the competition. The brewers are then given an alloted time to formulate a recipe (no software/internet help) and brew on site. A few months later the beers are judged for best use/beer.
