The March club meeting will be held on Thursday March 7th from 7 – 9 PM at a members house in Beacon Hill. This meeting will be our Annual Cider centric meeting, so make sure not to miss it. The last two years we’ve had great Cider meetings, with rare tastings, expert advice and a tour of the best home-cidery in Boston!
Details on location will be sent via the Worts email list. If you are a non-member or do not have access, please reach out to us at email@example.com for more info.
The February monthly meeting will be hosted at Band & Olufsen on Newbury Street on Wednesday Feb 13th starting at 700 PM. The theme of the night will be tasting the style shuffle results, so bring whatever beer you made for that to be sampled. Additionally we will be continuing our ramp up to NHC so if you have any potential entries make sure to bring them to get feedback.
The January meeting will at the Belmont Craft Beer Cellar’s Beercierge space on Friday January 18th starting at 7:30 PM .
We will have an NHC entry beer clinic and discussion about NHC Boston Round 1 and NHC competition strategy in general. Club BJCP judges will be able to give you quick feedback and suggestions for entry improvement (fire up those kettles very soon for timely feedback!)
It’s that time of year again, the Boston Wort Processors Annual Holiday Party! Once again, our friends at Samuel Adams have been generous to offer to host us at the Pickwick pub (30 Germania St, Boston MA). Plan on coming down to Jamaica Plain, Friday December 7th from 5 PM to 830 PM.
The holiday party will also serve as our December meeting, so it will be your last chance to attend a Worts event before the New Year.
More details on potluck, beer share, etc. to follow. Hope to see everyone there!
The next club meeting will be on Wednesday September 19th starting at 7pm at the Pickwick Pub at Samuel Adams Brewery in Jamaica Plain.
If you haven’t made it out to the newly renovated facilities at Samuel Adams, this is a great opportunity to not only check it out, but to get a behind the scenes look, and maybe some special surprises!
Stay tuned for details on the specific topics we will be covering, but you can be sure there will be some awesome homebrew!
